Cancellation

1. Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel at any time before departure. The date we receive your cancellation notice is decisive.

Cancellation fees according to booking confirmation apply. We recommend travel insurance.

2. Rebooking

Changes to travel dates or participants are possible where available and may incur a rebooking fee.

3. Operator's Right to Cancel

If the minimum number of participants is not reached or in case of force majeure, we may cancel. In this case, payments made will be refunded.
