1. Scope, Contracting Parties, Definitions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the traveler ("Customer") and the tour operator **XO Festival – M. Uzbay**, Breite Straße 94, 47798 Krefeld, Germany, Tel. +49 152 51 330 864, Email: info@xo-festival.de ("Operator").

1.2 Deviating terms of the Customer apply only if expressly confirmed in writing by the Operator.

2. Services and Contract Basis

2.1 The essential characteristics of the trip (scope of services, accommodation, board, transfers, program/parties/tours, duration, minimum number of participants, language, suitability) are derived exclusively from the service description valid at the time of booking and the booking confirmation.

2.2 Unless expressly included, flights, visas, personal expenses, beverages outside agreed meals and optional activities are not included in the tour price. Local taxes/fees may be payable on site.

2.3 Minimum age: participation from 18 years. The booking party is jointly liable for additional registered travelers.

3. Booking and Contract Formation

3.1 Bookings can be made by phone, email, online or in person. By submitting a booking request, the Customer offers to conclude a travel contract.

3.2 The contract is concluded when the booking confirmation (e.g., by email) is received by the Customer.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 The prices published at the time of booking apply. Typographical and calculation errors are reserved.

4.2 A deposit of 50% of the tour price is due upon contract conclusion. The remaining amount is due within 15 days after booking.

5. Changes and Cancellations

5.1 Changes may be necessary due to weather, safety or local conditions while maintaining the overall character of the trip.

5.2 The Customer may cancel at any time before departure. Cancellation fees apply according to the booking confirmation.
